The NHS in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight are improving musculoskeletal (MSK) services to better meet your needs.
They have made a short questionnaire about your experiences with MSK services. Your input will help them shape patient-focused services.
In addition, there is now a chance to have your say about how MSK is supported within Physiotherapy, Injections, and Diagnostics services in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight want to understand your experiences and views on how they can create patient centred services; complete the 10 minute survey by 10th November.
If you’re interested in providing more detailed feedback or joining a focus group, you can leave your contact details at the end of the survey. Focus group participants will be reimbursed for their time.
